Watercolour Christmas Stampin Up!

Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator Kim Fee

Watercolour Christmas!

Simple and Elegant Christmas Cards, You can sure mass produce this beauty, I am entering this card into the Colour Throwdown Challenge ctd459 HERE today, The challenge is Red, Black and White.

I followed a sketch of a card I have made for a class a couple of weeks ago , which I will share with you later but for now, I share this Elegant Card...

I have use the Watercolour Christmas Stamp Set that co ordinates with card Kit of the name.
I sliced a piece of Memories and More card, from the Perfect days Memories & More Card Pack! The scallop edging comes from a Die in the Colourful Seasons Bundle. I just used a Sentiment as the main Focus, added a few Iridescent Sequins and Black Bakers twine for a bit of Texture.

This card can be made in any colour way and it will still look elegant, or maybe a little Funky , I think I will give it a try!!

Snappy Anniversary! Pick a Pattern DSP #GDP103 Stampin' Up!

Snappy Anniversary!

Today I want to share a Fun Anniversary Card I made my Husband for our 30th Wedding Anniversary this week , Paul has always got his Camera with him, Snapping away all the time even when I am having a Bad Hair Day!!

As soon as I saw the Pick a Pattern DSP  I just new I was going to use it for Paul.  It's Fun and Funky and for all ages and also suitable for Male or Female, and of course it ties in with this weeks challenge over at Global Design Project #GDP103 HERE

.

I let the paper do the talking on this one fussy cutting the Images, and layering them up onto die cuts made with the Stitched Framelits, The sentiment was made up of two retired sets I am afraid, they were stamped in versmark and Heat Embossed with White Embossing Powder.

The DSP dictated the Colourways that I used,  Emerald Envy, Crushed Curry and Basic Black, Luckily Paul's favourite Colour is Green!!

I added the fussy cut Camera's with dimensionals to make them pop they are so so cute!

Theres so much you can do with Stampin Up Designer series Papers the worlds your Oyster, If you wish to purchase some through my Online shop using the link below, Please do use the Monthly Hostess Club COde to be sure to get an extra Free Product gift from me as a Thank you!!

Pretty Packaging!

Pretty Packaging!

I love a bit of Pretty Packaging Don't you?

I bought some gifts for my amazing team to say Thank You for all their efforts for which I am truly grateful, and what better way to show that than making Pretty Packaging for the Gift, As that's what we do best right?

I had a fair few to make as you can see so I did them in batches.

I measured the gift and made a template on the Stampin Up! Grid Paper #130148, This stuff is super useful I can tell you,  and is often overlooked. Then used Very Vanilla Card Stock to make the packaging, and stamp it using the Painted Harvest Stamp Set a two step stamping Stamp set, First layer for the flowers was stamped in Daffodil Delight, the second layer in Crushed Curry, then the middle of the flower stamped in Early Expresso using the second Generation stamping Technique for a lighter effect, The leaves were then stamped in Garden Green.

I cut the tag using the Stitched Framelits and then stamped the sentiment, the package then tied with Mini Chevron Ribbon in Crushed curry to tie it all together.

How fab do they look ?

Happiest of Days Stampin Up! It's all about the case........

Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator Kim Fee

It's all about the Case...

Today I would like to share with you a case that I did on a fab card I saw on pinterest made by Mo Rootes a fellow Demonstrator you can see MO's creations HERE, I loved the simplicity of Mo's card...

Whilst I used the same Stamp Set Happiest of Days 143796 £16.00,

I didn't have the border punch that Mo used, So I used the Scallop die from the Seasonal Layers thinlits Die set, I used the same colourways Lemon Lime Twist, Basic Black, Whisper White and a touch of Bermuda Bay too as I love how they pack a punch when put together.

I then added the new Tiny Sequins and Black Bakers Twine Thread to add a bit of Texture interest to make it my own!

I loved this layout and this card so I used some of the other images from the same set to make more, and look at how different each design looks!!

Stampin Up UK! Not just for Sunflowers!! Sneak Peak Painted Harvest Stamp Set.

Hello There,

I have been playing with a Brand New Autumn stamp set, That's not just for Autumn or Sunflowers either,  This set was given to me in Thailand, and was one of the perks of an Incentive Trip Achiever (Boy what have I been missing all these years),.

Anyhow, when I saw this set I just fell in love, the first thing I thought of was Christmas How I could make this Sunflower , which I have to say is top of my fave list for Flowers they are just gorgeous , into a Poinsettia.
Easy peasy lemon Squeezy!

I did a very simple card using a layout from another card I have made which I will show you in a couple of days,  the layout worked well so why not, ..

A little sad that you can't see the beauty of the sparkly wink of stella in the photos, but you can imagine that lovelyness as I am sure you all have a brush of Wink of Stella, 😏.

The colours I have used are Real Red for first layer of flower and Cherry Cobbler for second layer of flower,  So Saffron edged with Crushed Curry for the centre of Flowers,

Garden Green for the leaves first layer and then tranquil tide stamped off then stamped for the second layer, It works rather well I think.

The scalloped edging comes from a die in the Seasonal Layers thinlits dies.
Both finished off with the gorgeous Iridescent Sequins #144212

The sentiments are from two different upcoming Christmas sets, One comes from a co ordinating Card Kit  called Watercolour Christmas and the other from a Die Bundle called Ready for Christmas.

Painted Harvest is a two step Stamping Set,  I am enjoying using this, I have made some team appreciation gift packaging using this set, Pop back later this week to see those!!

You're Priceless Stampin Up!

Today I want to share with you a card I made to Congratulate one of my team members the lovely Emma Goddard who has just promoted to Silver Elite, ...

I wanted the colours to co ordinate with the gift I bought for her, Gotta love Stampin Up colours, always able to co ordinate to make gift packaging or cards to accompany any gift!

I used Garden Green, Early Expresso and Pool Party and paired it with Coffee Break Designer Series Paper #144155 and the You're Priceless Stamp Set  #143760.

I stamped the sentiment in Garden Green, and die cut it out using the Circle die from the Stitched Framelit set #145372.

Finished off with Pool Party Shimmer Ribbon #144152 Rhinestones, Linen Thread and Wink of Stella, all available in my online shop.

I decorated the inside very simply.
Hope Emma Loves her Congrats gift she sure deserves it.

Hello Friend Stampin Up! Freshly Made Sketches #298

Today I want to share a quick card I made for Freshly Made Sketches Challenge
FMS#298 HERE using a beautiful set called Hello Friend Item No. 144059 Clear Mount for just £19 in my online shop.
This weeks sketch was a testing one for me, but then it is called a challenge..

The colours I have used , Garden Green, Pool Party and Pear Pizzaz,.were on my desk after making a Team Member a congratulations card which I shall share on Sunday once I have handed it over.

Embossing the Hello Sentiment in Gold really makes it pop in real life.  I made the centre strip using two pieces of scrap paper for a mask, and then stamped the lattice design In Garden green, and added the flowers after, I stamped the Friend sentiment in the same colour onto pool party and adhered that to the card using those cute Mini Dimensionals #144108.

Finished the card off with a few tiny Rhinestones.

Ooooo I nearly forgot I used a stitched Square Framelit behind the Shimmery White Layer.

Thanks for popping by, xxx

Dont forget to use this months hostess club code with any orders you may place in my online shop!

All possible due to a hard working Team and my fabulous Customers, I thank you from the bottom of my heart, never have I had an incentive trip and Never have I had such an Amazing experience , from the magical Elephants to being utterly spoilt beyond my wildest dreams by Stampin Up..

As my plus one I took my Great Friend and downline Team Member Christine with me,  Here we are.

Then I met the Amazing Robyn Cardon AKA My Pink Stamper Oh my gosh was I Star Struck we became Fast Friends as Robyn calls it..

This was just one of the tags that was on Pillows gifts every night , oh my gosh Pillow gifts made up of Products from the upcoming Winter Catty...

OH gosh these Beautiful ladies, One is Blind, One is 68 yrs old they are just amazing and I got to feed them all.. Just Magical the highlight of the trip for me, Visiting the Phuket Elephant Sanctuary is a must do trip.
This experience made me very tearful, the thought of the abuse they went through before they got rescued by this wonderful sanctuary.

This Huge (about 10 inches) plaque greeted us on the door of our room when we checked in.

This is the U.K incentve trip Achievers minus one that did not cash her points in for the trip. there I am in the pink sat at the front next to my wonderful Upline Natalie, Two of my downline came on the trip too, Louise Sims and Jan Brown both sitting at the back left 1st left and third left.

Myself and the fabulous France Martin

Myself , Chris and Lousie my fabulous friends/team members on the Opening Session all excited can you tell!! i am looking a tad tired after flying in the day before, we didnt get much sleep, lol..

Myself and the fabulous Pampered Stamper Jackie Bultje.

Myself and the fabulous Connie Stewart.
We made make n takes, saw beautiful displays of fabulous creations all using the new winter catty products, and of course came home with some fabulous swaps too from all around the world.

Here is my 3d swap, I made 26 of them.

Firstly I sourced the tiny Elephant charms, then the MDF Hearts, I then sprayed them with paint, and then stamped them using our old blendabilites as I needed the stamping to be permanent as I sprayed with the wrong paint as you do!! and Alcohol markers did just the trick and of course being SU makes they matched in colour perfectly.

I inked up the stamp set Birthday Blossoms an old set carried over to the new Annual catty. I then coloured the flowers I stamped with Blendabilities. Stamped the sentiment from the same set in Archival Basic Grey added some rhinestones, Linen Thread to hang the heart up with and also attach the cute Elephant.

Thank you for popping by..  I do have more creations to share, I have made some swaps for training, using Christmas product so I shall share that with you shortly.

In the meantime if you would like to join my fabulous team we have an amazing special offer on the Starter Kit until the end of this month. £195 for just £99, if you would like to know more just give me a shout at simplyfairies@yahoo.com.
